These are not my current calorie or protein targets but I wanted to do a video where I show how I would approach it because I think a lot of females will benefit from it as 1500 calories is a typical calorie goal for those looking to lose weight. So in this video, I talk about intermittent fasting and how it might benefit you when on a low calorie such as this one and you will also see that each of my meals are very high in terms of volume to help keep me as full as possible throughout the day.
