This amazing gluten free loaf is full of healthy nutrients, fats like omega-3 and of course high in protein! Recipe- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup thinly sliced almonds 1/3 cup millet 2 cups of oats 1/2 cup ground flax seeds 1/3 cup psyllium husks 1/4 cup chia seeds 1/4 cup peanut flour 2 tsps of salt 1 tsp maple syrup 1/4 cups coconut/avocado oil 2 & 3/4 cup water Enjoy as savoury or sweet (my usual preferred choice) All my recipes are omnivore approved too ;) Hope you enjoyed, thanks for watching!
